    Cutting fluid pressure has such a great influence on the machining accuracy

    Cutting fluid, also known as cutting oil, coolant, or lubricant, is a special fluid that helps to cool and lubricate workpieces and tools in machining.     The role of cutting fluid

    Cutting fluid plays an important role in cutting processing. The cutting tool and the workpiece will rub and generate heat, and the surrounding air has poor thermal conductivity during processing, which may cause heat to condense on the workpiece and cause deformation. The cutting fluid can cool the workpiece and avoid such situation happen. In addition to cooling, the cutting fluid can accelerate cutting and reduce friction and tool wear. This axial force will have an appropriate proportion with the deepest cutting force of the drilling. Therefore, it is obvious to set a value that can not only remove chips smoothly and maintain a good accuracy, but also the best pressure value that will not drop the knife off.
